First Christmas

Breanna's first Christmas was wonderful!  My mom and dad and grandmom came up from Florida a couple days before Christmas and stayed with us.  It was great to have everyone here, and Breanna can't get enough of her Nana.  Here they are in matching shirts!

Then we went down to Morehead, Kentucky on Christmas eve to stay with my sister, brother-in-law, and my nephew Evan.  Breanna loved spending time with her cousin, and aunt and uncle.  It was really fun to see how Evan interacted with her.  He is such a sweet little boy.  He gave her lots of hugs and kisses, and frequently asked for Breanna to come sit next to him.

On Christmas morning Evan came in our room to wake us up so we could go see what Santa had brought.  He helped Breanna open a few gifts, and shared lots of his.

The big hit in the house was this dancing and singing Mickey Mouse.  It was really cute, and Evan loved it!  When you pushed his foot it would come to life singing and dancing.  At one point I pushed it with my own toe instead of bending over, so Evan decided that he would do that too.  Just a small reminder that kids his age (2) are little sponges!

Evan was even sweet enough to give Breanna piggy back rides.  Both of them thought it was hilarious!

We had a wonderful Christmas!  It truly is a special memory that I will treasure for a long time!  Here are some cute pictures from our holiday:

Ready for Santa to come

Here's Breanna with her Aunt Debbie.  She was "eating" one of Evan's ice cream cones from his toy food set.  I guess she already finished the ice cream part!

Doing a one handed push-up.  This girl is strong!

I hope your Christmas was as special as ours was!
