A Long Date

A few weeks ago Breanna got to spend some quality time with Grandma while Mommy and Daddy went on a "long date."  We left on Thursday for our first overnight away trip.  We have each done overnights independently, but never together.  Thursday through Saturday we enjoyed hiking, caving, quiet dinners, and relaxation.  While we had our time, Breanna got to enjoy lots of fun with Grandma.  According to our reports she told everyone she saw that Mommy and Daddy were "on a long date."  They played at the zoo, park, library, and even went to Chuck E Cheese!  I know they had an incredible time!  This was time well spent for ALL of us, and I think we will have to make it an annual tradition!
