15 Things for 15 Months

I can't believe Breanna is 15 months old!  This is going much faster than I expected!  Here are 15 things about my big girl:

1) You love to dance.  It doesn't matter where we are, if you hear music come on you start dancing!  Your moves are limited to spinning and bouncing up and down, but cute nonetheless. 
2) Your hair is blonde.  There is not enough of it to need a bow.  If I put one in anyway it falls out while from you moving too much.
3) You are active.  You would much rather walk than ride in your stroller, and you move from one thing to the next.
4) You are independent.  When walking around the zoo or stores you hate having to hold my hand.  You won't let me feed you and haven't for quite some time.  While it can be frustrating at times, I know this is a good quality to have!
5) You are picky about food preparation.  You eat any vegetable, but only if it is steamed.  Put a mushy (canned, or one that has been cooked in a soup) veggie in front of you and you refuse to eat it.  You love peanut butter, enjoy bread, and like jelly, but put it together in a PB&J and you barely let it touch your lips.
6) You are a size 4 shoes, 12 months pants, and a mix of 12 and 18 months tops.
7) You love to play outside.  You know that putting on your shoes means you are going out and often bring them to me hoping I'll take you out.
8) You have a good amount of words and we've been told (and agree) by many how clearly you speak them.  They include: dada, mama, up, down ("dow"), dog ("duh"), all done, more ("muh"), milk ("mik" with a very hard k), no (always "no no"), yes, cracker, grape ("ape"), fish ("ish"), toothbrush ("sh"), bubble ("bubba" and always shrieking with excitment), quack, eyes.  You sign the word please but don't verbalize it yet.
9) You can point to eyes, nose, ears, mouth, teeth, tongue, feet, toes, hands, and legs.  You think the tongue is pretty funny!
10) You love books!
11) You love to make the elephant sound.  When I ask "What does an elephant say?" you put your hand to your mouth and nose (like a trunk), tilt your head back, and make an elephant noise.  It's adorable!
12) You are crazy about animals!  When you see any animal you squeal with delight!  Even if it's a picture in a book you get excited. 
13) You love helping me with chores.  Your favorites are unloading the dishwasher and doing laundry.  You know to only get your plastic utensils and your plastic plates out of the dishwasher, and you get very excited to bring them to me to put away.  When I'm doing laundry you help me move the clothes from the washer to the dryer, and then from the dryer to the basket.
14) You are shy and cautious around new people situations.  You ask to be held or wrap yourself around my legs.  Once you warm up you are bubbly and silly.
15)  You love to give kisses and hugs.  You are such a sweet girl and I can't imagine my life without you!
